Hi, I’m Marina – Functional Nutritionist & Real Life Human

When I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2020, I immediately turned to the internet for nutritional strategies to heal. I followed restrictive diets and trusted influencers blindly—with little success.

It wasn’t until I went back to school for my Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine that the confusion began to lift. I gained clarity on how the body’s systems work together, the nuance of nutrition, and how truly individualized it is.

I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate the overwhelming world of health advice by cutting through the noise and implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique physiology and lifestyle—so they can experience how good they’re meant to feel. My Approach to Your Journey

Step 1: Discovery Call
 In this free 20-min call, we’ll briefly discuss your health goals, I’ll walk you through my coaching process, and together we’ll decide if we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 2: Initial Consultation
 Once you're ready to begin, we’ll schedule your first session. You’ll complete a detailed intake form beforehand, and during our 60-min session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your health history, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle.

Step 3: Choose Your Follow-Up Package
 Through 6–12+ follow-up sessions, we’ll build your wellness foundation brick-by-brick. I use a personalized, root-cause approach—no cookie-cutter plans—focusing on sustainable habit change through investigative work, thoughtful interventions, and steady implementation.
